Jordan 10 Knicks. First Retro in 32 Years. Fall 2027.

The 1995 City Series colorway that never came back is reportedly returning next fall at $215, months after New York's first championship in over half a century. Sneaker Files and zSneakerHeadz broke it; Sneaker News and HNHH confirmed the details.

Thirty-two years is a long time to hold a pair hostage. The Air Jordan 10 "Knicks," one of the five 1995 City Series colorways and the only one that has never been retroed, is reportedly coming back for the first time in Fall 2027 at $215. @SneakerFiles and @zSneakerHeadz put it out on September 9; Sneaker News and HotNewHipHop ran it Thursday with the retailer list: SNKRS, Foot Locker, Finish Line, Shiekh, Hibbett. Same caveat as every 2027 leak: a season, not a date, and nothing official from Jordan Brand yet.

## The timing is not an accident New York just won its first championship in more than half a century. Knicks gear has been moving at a pace the city has not seen since the Ewing years, and Jordan Brand, per HNHH, is pulling the one Knicks-coded Jordan out of the vault to meet it. Nobody at Beaverton is going to say that out loud. They do not need to. A colorway that sat untouched since 1995 does not resurface the season after a parade by coincidence.

## What the City Series actually was Context for the younger heads: the 10 dropped while MJ was between the baseball detour and the return, so Jordan Brand had no Jordan to sell. The fix was five team colorways for Chicago, Sacramento, Seattle, Orlando and New York, worn by the rising stars in each market. It was the first time the brand sold a Jordan without Jordan at the center, which, per Sneaker News, is exactly why those pairs aged into cult objects instead of standard retros. The Knicks pair is white leather, black on the tongue, collar and midsole, royal blue on the liner and the outsole stripes that list MJ's accomplishments, and an orange Jumpman on the heel of the outsole. Original SKU 130209-103; no 2027 style code yet.

## The unc problem Here is the part that makes this a culture story and not a release note. There is a generation of New York men who will not put a Jordan on their feet on principle, because of what MJ did to the Garden through the nineties, the double-nickel in March '95 included, the same season these dropped. That crowd laced Ewings and still does. The kid who bought a title jersey this summer does not carry that grudge, and Sneaker News is right that today's Knicks fan has never been more willing to spend. So the Knicks 10 is a test: does the city buy a Jordan that celebrates the team he tortured, now that the team finally won?

With Sacramento already set for December, Knicks completes the set. Chicago, Seattle and Orlando have all had their turn. Fall 2027, $215, full retail chain. Details can still shift before Jordan Brand confirms, and we will update when a date lands.
