QRÖMELIFE is out. We ran the tracklist and the Offset reunion already. The news on release day is what Quavo said about next year.
## Three projects, one calendar HotNewHipHop, reporting on Quavo's recent Complex interview, says three Migos-adjacent albums are coming in 2027: a Migos reunion album with Offset, a posthumous Takeoff album, and a Quavo-and-Takeoff joint project. Complex's own release-day rundown confirms the first piece, a final Migos album built on vocals Takeoff recorded before he was killed in November 2022, plus a tour behind it. The posthumous solo record and the joint project rest on HotNewHipHop's account for now. Last month he told Baller Alert the group album might land around the January anniversary. Now it reads like a slate.
On Offset, he was careful to speak only for himself: Takeoff's death "threw out all the things that I was upset about or that we had friction about. It was enough for me to say, alright, cool. Whatever you're going through, I'll go through with you."
## What the record is Fourteen songs via Quality Control and Motown, every beat by Pharrell, recorded over a year and a half in sessions that ran from Louis Vuitton's Paris headquarters to a yacht in Miami, per uDiscover. Nine guests on seven songs. Complex splits the list into Atlanta (T.I. on "Backwards," Future rapping straight on "BA," Lil Baby on "Ball My Love," Offset on "Away") and everybody else (Pharrell, Tyler and Rocky on "Baby Breath," Yung Miami on "HAOYU DEWDAT," Justin Timberlake on the house-beat "House Music"). "Backwards" also carries an uncredited Jermaine Dupri vocal.

## Tyler's claim Before release, Tyler, The Creator promoted his "Baby Breath" verse as "my best verse of all time... prolly top 25 in rap history," adding, "What I did to the English language is insane and shall be studied," per HotNewHipHop. That's a dare. Scorecards out.
## First reviews Ratings Game Music gave it 4 out of 5, with 12 of 14 tracks at 4/5 and "Baby Breath" as its No. 1 song. Their line: "seriously unserious," an album "for the streets" that "practically drags you out the front door by your wrist." We haven't seen a first-week projection yet; the number lands next week.
## Two kids On Spotify's Countdown To with Yung Miami, Quavo confirmed the daughter he showed days ago has a brother. "I have a boy and I have a girl," he said, per XXL. "My dad died at four so I just want to be present all the time."

## The read A posthumous Takeoff album is the most delicate release in this slate, and the one the culture will police hardest. Who controls those vocals, how they're credited, and who gets paid are the questions to ask before January. Quavo has handled Take's memory with care so far. The record on that is the record that matters.
